Introduction

We started to operate Wing Lung Bank Golden Jubilee Workshop & Hostel of Social Welfare Department on April 1, 2012. Our services include: Providing Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services for people with disabilities, hostel and residential respite service for people with moderate mental handicap, place of refuge services for children and teenagers with disabilities, and emergency placement services for the disabled adults in need of immediate care and shelter
