Place of Refuge
To provide
temporary accommodation and care for disabled children and juvenile aged 8 to
under 18 (or 21 for disabled wards of the Director of Social Welfare) admitted
under the Protection of Children and Juveniles Ordinance, Cap. 213 to ensure
their safety.
Application
Method
Referral to be made by Director of Social
Welfare or other government department under Section 34E of the Protection of
Children and Juveniles Ordinance.
