Emergency Placement Service
To provide
temporary residential care for the destitute and homeless disabled adults aged
15 or above, to prevent them from exposing to risks due to the lack of
immediate care and shelter.
Application Method
Application can be made directly by caseworkers of the Social Welfare
Department or non-governmental organizations to the Centre.
