Eligibility for the service
- People with disabilities living in the community;
- Famility members/carers of pople with disabilities
Community education
- Group activities, social and recreational programmes for people with disabilities;
- Training programmes/educational courses/workshops for family members/cares of people with disabilities to enhance their caring capacities
Family interaction network
Establish a supporting network for the disabilities and their cares in the community.
Resources centre
It provides books, computers, audio-visual teaching materials and relevant community information for persons in the community.
