Extended Care Programme
For our existing Day Activity Centre service users who could no longer
benefit from prolonged or intensive training due to ageing or deterioration of
health condition. To provide a continuum
of care to these service users in a familiar environment so as to maintain their
health condition. Facilitate them to enjoy lives through developmental
programmes and social activities.
Service Content
- Provide physical and rehabilitation exercises, interests development,
social and recreational activities programmes as well as community visits.
- Arrange various festival celebrations, birthday parties, cultural and
recreational activities.
- Provide counseling services.
- Provide professional supportive services : visiting medical practitioners,
clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech
therapists pay regular visit to the service users.

Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
9:00a.m.- 3:30p.m.
