About the Centre
The Centre provides district-based one-stop community support services for the person with handicapped, their families and caregivers in the community. By providing a series of support services, the Centre enhances the living skills of the handicapped in their homes and the community in order to facilitate their integration into the community. The Centre also provides trainings and support for the families/carers of the handicapped in order to improve their ability to take care of the handicapped and relieve their pressure. Starting from April 2024, the Centre provides early intervention and extra supporting services to the school leavers of special schools for their adaption and transition to the community.
