People with mild and moderate mental handicap aged 15 or above.

Conditions for the Service

• People with mild or moderate mental handicap upon assessment by clinical psychologists (Clinical Psychologists or Educational Psychologists).
• Healthy, without active infectious diseases or severe handicap.
• In stable mental and emotional state, without severe antisocial and violent behaviours and willing to observe the rules of the Hostel.
• With basic self-care skills and eligible for accepting vocational rehabilitation trainings.

Service Charge

According to the boarding and meal charge rate set by Social Welfare Department, . Other fee charge , such as activity fee, are set according to the policy of Po Leung Kuk.
