Conditions for the Service
People with mild or moderate mental handicap upon assessment by Clinical Psychologists.
Healthy, without active infectious diseases or severe handicap.
In stable mental and emotional state, without antisocial and violent behaviours and willing to observe the rules of the Hostel.
With basic self-care skills and eligible for accepting vocational rehabilitation trainings.
Service Charge
According to the boarding and meal charge rate set by Social Welfare Department- Other fee charge, such as activity fee and air conditioning fee are set according to the policy of Po Leung Kuk.
