Eligibility for the Service
- Female people with mild to moderate mental handicap aged 15 or above.
- Healthy, without active infectious disease or severe physical handicaps.
- In stable emotional state, without severe antisocial behavior or violence.

Application Procedure
- All referrals can be made to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services (CRSRehab)
- Prospective applicants can contact the nearest Integrated Family Service Centre of Social Welfare Department, medical social workers or social workers of special schools.
Withdrawal from the Service
Either the service users or hostel must inform the other party in advance and complete relevant procedures
