Rehabilitation Centre commenced operation on 24 October 2014. It provides service users with 'one- stop'
integrated and seamless care service.
Service objective

Service Charge
Charges are set by Social Welfare
Department and the policy of our Kuk.
Application Procedure
·
Day Activity Centre and Hostel services must be
referred through the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services
(CRSRehab) of the Social Welfare Department to wait for service.
·
Day Care Service for Persons with Severe
Disabilities, Day and Residential Respite services may be referred by social
worker or applied by the applicant.
Termination of Service
Either our Kuk
or the service users can propose termination of unsuitable cases or
self-withdrawal from the centre. Advance notification to the other party should
be made on such changes and all relevant formalities should be completed before
the change.
