Brief Introduction
In the past three decades, Rehabilitation Services of Po Leung Kuk have been dedicated to providing appropriate job trainings and career counselling for the mentally handicapped and ex-mentally ill persons, the disadvantaged groups like persons from single parent family and CSSA recipients. Our services help them to look for jobs in order to improve their service abilities and help them to live independently. Given the government’s encouragement and policy support for social enterprises, and based on over 10 years’ experience of the Rehabilitation Services of Po Leung Kuk in cleaning services, our cleaning services commenced operation as a social enterprise on October 1, 2009.
Our social enterprise provides job trainings and open employment opportunities for the mentally handicapped and ex-mentally ill persons, and job opportunities for CSSA recipients, people from single parent family, low-skilled persons and the elderly who have work abilities, so as to build up the caring culture of integration between the physically handicapped and the able-bodied. Moreover, we can also provide customers with professional, quality, efficient and reasonably charged cleaning services based on our years of experience.
